The apartment sleeps two people and can comfortably sleep another two guests on request on a sofa bed in the living room. All linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is an ideal base for a short city break in Edinburgh or for a longer holiday if you want to explore further afield.
What's the apartment like?
The property is a pretty apartment in an attractive building close to the famous Grassmarket. The apartment is light and airy and has a leafy outlook over landscaped grounds. There is a living room with dining and kitchen areas, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower over.
With double windows, the spacious west-facing living room is full of light. There is a comfortable dining area for those occasions when you forego the attractions of Edinburgh's exciting restaurant scene. The three-seater sofa converts in to a double sofa bed, and comfortable armchairs, rugs and a TV/DVD complete the home comforts.
The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, fridge, cooker and microwave.
The double bedroom is attractively furnished. The bathroom has a wash-hand basin and bathtub with shower over.
The apartment has electric heating; the price of electricity and local taxes is included. For the comfort of future guests, the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
