In an attractive building beside the famous Grassmarket in the centre of Scotland's beautiful capital city (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the apartment is within easy walking distance of the major tourist attractions, festival venues, shops, nightlife and transport connections. The apartment sleeps two people and can comfortably sleep another two guests on request on a sofa bed in the living room. All linen and towels are included in the price. The apartment is an ideal base for a short city break in Edinburgh or for a longer holiday if you want to explore further afield.

    Living room and dining area

    The property is a pretty apartment in an attractive building close to the famous Grassmarket. The apartment is light and airy and has a leafy outlook over landscaped grounds. There is a living room with dining and kitchen areas, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and shower over.

    With double windows, the spacious west-facing living room is full of light. There is a comfortable dining area for those occasions when you forego the attractions of Edinburgh's exciting restaurant scene. The three-seater sofa converts in to a double sofa bed, and comfortable armchairs, rugs and a TV/DVD complete the home comforts.

    The modern kitchen is well provided with crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchenware, as well as a washing machine, fridge, cooker and microwave.

    The double bedroom is attractively furnished. The bathroom has a wash-hand basin and bathtub with shower over.

    Bedroom

    The apartment has electric heating; the price of electricity and local taxes is included. For the comfort of future guests, the apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
